1 – Cancel anytime, no contract: This is a month-to-month agreement, you can cancel anytime. Payments are made in advance so upon cancellation you will be able to make edits until the following month. If you host with us a management plan is required for the duration. If you decide to cancel your management plan we will help you migrate to a new host and give you the information needed for all applicable plugin licenses.
2 – Developer Software Licenses: As part of your monthly plan you have access to premium software and plugins that we have licenses for. As long as you are on an eligible paid program you will be able to utilize these plugins for you website and we’ll keep them updated. This includes Pro plans for security plugins and anything utilized for your site. Otherwise we will secure a license for you and/or install the basic software version.
3 – Free Backup Restoration: In the unlikely event that your website is compromised or broken (by us or during an update), we will fix and restore it at no extra cost, regardless of how long it takes.
4 – Edit Request Response: We will respond to edit requests and emails within the timeframe mentioned, not including weekends or holidays.
5 – Requested Content Management and Revisions: This includes things like updating calendar events, updating pages, images, adding or removing emails, etc. Anything that is content related. Development for new features (like accepting online payments for example) are quoted as a project.
6 – Reduced Hourly Rate: If your request is not covered in your plan (adding custom code, complex forms, etc) then we will give you a quote for the work at the reduced hourly rate. Additionally, if you have more requests than your plan has allotted time for, the extra time will be billed at the reduced rate.

Frequently asked questions
Is a Management Plan required for my website?
While not required, it is highly recommended. If you decide that you would rather manage your own website, we will provide you with a Website Owner’s Manual that lists all of the things you need to do to protect your website. It will also include links to all of the premium licenses that you will need to purchase.
Is there a contract?
Your “contract” is month-to-month, so you can cancel it any time. Since we bill at the beginning of each month, any cancellations will be processed at the end of the term.
Why do I need a monthly care plan?
Wordpress is a framework for your website. It, and the plugins that we use to give it functionality, are updated regularly to keep them running smoothly and securely. With our monthly plan you don’t have to worry about any of those details, because we monitor and update for you. And in the event that something goes wrong during an update, we can quickly and easily restore your website to a functioning version from a recent backup.
If I cancel my monthly plan?
We will keep whatever plugins we can on your account, but our premium license extension will be revoked, so future updates and security patches will be unable to be installed. We will provide you with a list of the plugins you will need to purchase licenses for if you wish to keep them. We can assist moving your website for a fee, or we can coordinate with your new developer to get them the information they need.
How do you handle content updates?
Depending on your plan you will get a set amount of time each month to use for update requests. When you have changes just send them in an email and we’ll let you know when they are completed. If you don’t have enough time on your plan to cover the updates, we’ll let you know and you can decide to wait on the changes, or approve the extra time and we will bill accordingly.
Does my site have to be designed by you?
Absolutely not! The only prerequisite is that your website is built using Wordpress, since our care plans are specifically tailored for that platform.
We will do an initial audit of your website to see what needs to be addressed first, and then we will continue on a monthly basis. For this service there is a $299 fee, but the first month of your plan is included.
What if I need a complete site redesign?
Your management plan isn’t meant for major website updates or redesigns. If you are interested in that please visit our Web {re}Design page.
What happens if my site is hacked or goes down?
We utilize premium security plugins and run routine performance and security scans of your site to try and prevent this kind of problem from happening. Of course, nothing is ever certain, so if something happens (we’re proud to say nothing has yet either) we will immediately restore a fully functional backup and change all logins and passwords as needed.
What does Premium Licenses mean?
We have a number of premium plugins that we use to build our websites and streamline our process of management. When you have a management plan we include those premium plugins on your website for no extra cost.

Can you help support my WooCommerce website?
Definitely. WooCommerce is a popular ecommerce tool used on the Wordpress platform, and it often needs monthly maintenance to keep running properly. We do require the “Ecommerce” add-on for this though, as it takes more time and resources to ensure everything is running the way it should be.
Can I move my website to you for the care plan?
Yes, in fact we’ll do it for you. As long as we have your login credentials, we can handle the entire migration to our premium Wordpress server. Your hosting costs are included in the care plan fees, so there’s nothing extra to worry about.
