What is WebInke Design?

WebInke is a combination of two thoughts and practices. Because we deal with both digital and traditional art forms, it became a fitting description that bridges the two disciplines. Web encompasses our love for online development and design, and Inke connects us to where we started in 2004, with graphics and print related design, which eventually branched into more digital work as well.

WebInke Design started off as a side gig to make money in college, and grew from there. For the first 14 years we had a major focus in traditional web design and graphic design. After a brief hiatus, we came back with a renewed focus and have spent the last 2 years focusing more on functional design and utilizing Wordpress as our main engine. Our main goal is to be more involved with our clients throughout the entire process of building out their business, adding our expertise to their niche market know-how and becoming the one stop shop they need for all their online and graphic assets.

Who We Are

WebInke Design is a creative agency that focuses on making the hard stuff easy. We decided that it wasn't enough to simply make great websites and logos, which were then handed off to the customer without much further engagement. The internet has only gotten more complicated, and sometimes it's hard to keep all the balls in the air.

As a creative company, it's our goal to help businesses, of all sizes, manage their online, digital, and physical presence with as little headache as possible. That means we deal with the technical stuff you don't want to hassle with, and honestly, you have enough on your plate already.

Our mission is simple; we do what you need. We create functional and beautiful custom websites that are tailored to your needs, and we also craft unique and attractive graphic assets for your business.

But that's only a part of it. If you need some direction on what would work best for your needs, we do consulting for all the creative aspects of your business, including social media marketing, SEO, advertising, and more.

James Bio

Meet James

Owner - Designer - Developer

For over 15 years, James has been developing websites and helping businesses with graphic design needs realize their goals through WebInke Design.

He holds a Bachelor of Science (Graphic Design) with a focus in Print Design, but quickly jumped into the digital world of website design and development, finding that the two fields worked very closely together.

As a small business owner, James understands that owners have many hats to wear. His goal is to try to be as hands on as possible, making sure that your project needs are taken care of and that you're happy with the process and end results.

When he's not working on something art related, James can often be found in the kitchen trying a new recipe or perfecting an old one to add to his (upcoming) online vegan food blog, Seoul Craic Kitchen (that he runs with his wife).

Meet Ka-Ce

Office Administrator - Social Media Manager

Ka-Ce works mostly behind the scenes at WebInke Design, focusing on keeping things organized, polished, and running on schedule.

Having obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from UCLA (Go Bruins!), as well as an Associates of Arts in Dance, Ka-Ce has a creative spirit that is shown through WebInke Design’s social media presence. She believes that communication for any business is very important, especially in the digital world, and wants to make sure WebInke Design’s voice is communicated effectively (and in a timely manner).

During Ka-Ce’s down time you can find her training for a race or coming up with new recipes for Seoul Craic Kitchen, her jointly owned (upcoming) online vegan food blog and review with James.

Where we can be found

When people talk about sunny Southern California, they're usually talking about the multiple beaches, coastline driving, and sunshine. These are just a couple of the great things we get to enjoy on our off time. This doesn't stop us from providing services to clients all over the country though.
