We'll have a phone call to see if we are a good match to work together. If it feels good on both sides we'll discuss your needs, wants, and challenges for your project. We can give a general estimate for your project at this time.
Custom Proposal

After our chat we will put together a more detailed proposal for you, outlining what each party is responsible for and what to expect during the entire process. If you like it, we'll move forward with signing and down payment.
Contract & Down Payment

Once the proposal is accepted, we'll have you sign a Master Service Agreement (MSA), which keeps both parties protected and on the same page. After this is signed, you'll make your down payment based on the agreement outline.
Design & Development

Now that all the boring stuff is out of the way, we can begin building your website. We start with a concept that we'll present to you, and once approved we will take that and build it out into a functional website.
Testing, Launch & Management

Once we're done testing your new website and you don't have any edits or corrections, we'll collect your final payment and move your website to your domain. There will be some final testing on the new server, and then your website management plan will begin.
What's the Cost?
Typically, the cost for a website design or redesign project can range greatly depending on many different factors. There are different things to consider, including the complexity, the amount of work needed, how fast it needs to be done, and if there are any specific needs that need to be addressed. Add to that monthly updates, content changes, keeping the website secure, etc, and the costs keep coming. It’s easy to get overwhelmed if you don’t have someone helping you.
At WebInke Design, we’ve simplified the entire process as much as possible through years of refinement and practice, and every project is quoted on an individual basis to account for the unique needs and requirements presented.
Website Design and Redesign
If you have a website that is out of date, slow to use, a pain to update, or you just need something brand new, then this is where to get help. Depending on what you need and are looking for, we can build you a new custom website, or redesign and rebuild your existing one.

Custom Complex Websites
When you need something that isn’t covered by a brochure style website. Complex websites include creating Ecommerce catalogs from scratch, migrating from other store platforms, portals, membership websites, and other custom functionality that generally takes more development time and planning to accomplish. We also take into consideration the timeframe needed and how big the site may be.

- Ideal for larger sites with multiple products, custom development, post types, page sections, etc.

The amounts above are a ballpark price. In general, our website projects are typically finished between 3 to 8 weeks. A lot of that timeframe depends on the complexity of the website and the requested features, as well as the responsiveness of the client to review and feedback requests.
Do you build Ecommerce websites?
Yes, we use the WooCommerce platform in our Ecommerce builds. It’s native to WordPress, and works great in almost any situation.
Do you offer any type of payment plans?
Our typical payment offerings are 1, 2, 4 and 12 month payment plans as needed.
Do you build websites on other platforms?
We build all of our websites using WordPress. It’s used in over 35% of all websites on the internet, and is a practical solution for any small to medium, and some large, business.
It’s easy to manage, and with a large consumer base it’s regarded as one of the best platforms available and is ideal for scaling your business as you grow.
Will my website work on my phone and/or tablet?
All of our websites are designed to work on a variety of devices, including desktop computers, laptops, tablets, and smart phones. We also test extensively in different browsers and computer operating systems to make sure we cover as many bases as possible.
Do you offer any support when the website is done?
Yes, we have website management plans that you will be enrolled in after your website launches. Due to the complexity of modern websites we do require it now, in order to keep your site safe, and updated. If you decide you don’t want to be enrolled in that we will help you find a hosting platform and give you instructions on obtaining licenses for premium plugins as needed.
Will you write the content for my website?
You are responsible for the content of your website. We recommend that you get in touch with a copywriter if you need help fleshing out your content.
As an alternative we can help you with content and add it as an additional cost.
Do you offer any SEO services?
Every website is built with a basic level of SEO, but if you need more advanced features then we have a company we contract with to fulfill that service.
What happens after my website is launched?
Once your site is launched you can focus on your business and we’ll focus on keeping your website up to date and secure. Because websites and businesses are constantly evolving there are always maintenance items and updates that need to be done in the background. Your monthly fee ensures that there is always a backup of your website in case something should happen.
How do I get started?
Use our Get Started form to contact us. If the project seems like a good fit and we are confident we can handle your needs, we can schedule a call (or video chat) to get discuss your project. If you want to move forward you can do so by paying for a discovery consultation, which will give us all the details to get you a detailed quote. If you move forward the discovery fee goes against your project amount. If you don’t move forward with us we’ll give you all the documentation and you are free to take it with you elsewhere.
