It's About Image
The look of your business can make or break your image and how potential customers view your business. Statistics have shown that potential customers will sometimes make the decision to do business with someone based solely on how the business portrays itself through their visual and printed assets.
Things like poorly designed logos, non-optimized images, and general poor presentation overall can actually drive potential customers away, before they even figure out what you are offering.

What to expect
Chat
01.
We'll have a phone call to see if we are a good match to work together. If it feels good on both sides we'll discuss your needs, wants, and challenges for your project. We can give a general estimate for your project at this time.
Proposal
02.
After our chat we will put together a more detailed proposal for you, outlining what each party is responsible for and what to expect during the entire process. If you like it, we'll move forward with signing and down payment.
Contract & Down Payment
03.
Once the proposal is accepted, we'll have you sign a Master Service Agreement (MSA), which keeps both parties protected and on the same page. After this is signed, you'll make your down payment based on the agreement outline.
Discovery
04.
We'll have a more detailed meeting about what your goals are for the project, what you are hoping to accomplish, and how to best convey your vision. We will also discuss the look and feel of what you are hoping for.
Designs & Drafts
05.
We start with a series of concepts that we'll present to you, and once approved we will take that and flesh it out into a full design. Depending on your package we'll also be working on additional assets.
Revisions
06.
If you have any minor revisions at this point (color, font, etc) we can address those to fine tune your graphic project. This does not include new ideas, sketches, layouts, etc.
Presentation & Files
07.
Once completed we'll package up all the relevant files needed for you to use your project in print and/or digital formats.

Frequently asked questions
If you have questions on how this works, look through our Q & A's. If you don't see your question answered, just send us a message.
How much does it cost?
The pricing for a graphic design project can range anywhere from from a couple of dollars to thousands of dollars, depending on what you need. Tweaking an existing logo file won’t cost the same as creating a fully executed branding guideline from scratch.
Depending on what you’re looking for, full package projects can fall between $2k-$15k, but individual assets may be as low as $350. But when you let us know what your project is we can get you an accurate estimate.
Can you design just a logo for me?
Your logo is just one piece of a much larger presentation that makes up the branding for a company. So while we don’t do just logos by themselves, we do have a smaller branding package that includes the necessities.
How long does a logo take?
Usually we can have a concept back to within a couple of days, depending on the scope of the project. Once approved we usually have the initial version developed out in about 7 – 10 working days, and everything finalized within 3 – 4 weeks.
Who owns the artwork?
Any designs or branding that we develop belongs to the client once it has been paid for, 100%. We won’t use that design or combination of elements in any other project.
The only rights we retain with the artwork are the ability to showcase it as a portfolio and marketing piece.
What file format will I get?
Your logo files will be delivered as a package of different formats. We will include vector, jpg, and a png.
Other design projects, like business cards or printed media, will be delivered as jpg or pdf as needed for print requirements.
Can I make revisions to the design?
Yes, of course! We don’t limit the number of revisions either on the design. Typically we won’t do more than 1 or 2 variations of a logo, and if we feel your changes are more along the lines of trying to get an additional design we will decline.
We want you to be happy with your logo and how it represents your business, so we will work with you to get there.
What kind of graphics can you create?
Pretty much anything you need! We do everything from logos and branding guides to business cards, full size banners, mailers, digital banners, and even email newsletters.
The only thing we aren’t actively doing at the moment are package designs.
Can you give me a sample first?
Unfortunately, no. We don’t do spec work of any kind, since it rarely turns into an actual project. You can look through our previous projects to see if our style matches what you think will work.
Can you fix up my existing logo?
Usually, yes. It’s not uncommon for original artwork to get lost, and if you need a high resolution of your logo and it doesn’t exist anymore, you will need it redone. These types of projects usually take a couple of days. If you don’t have a clear version of your logo or illustration we may have to change some parts to match what we see. You will always have final say though.
